Administrative Coordinator for Tourist Accomodations – Growing Industry

PLACID, the tourist accommodation management brand of FORCADELL, is undergoing strong expansion with steady year-on-year growth. The company brings an innovative approach to real estate asset management, grounded in proximity, ethics and transparency.

We are looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to support the full-service management of tourist apartments and deliver excellent service to both property owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and remove properties in the PMS and integrate them into the main OTAs (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.).
• Prepare monthly settlements and monitor payments and expenses.
• Coordinate quality inspections at properties and ensure compliance with tourism regulations.
• Provide customer care to guests and property owners: managing bookings, inquiries, and incidents.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and coordinate with cleaning, maintenance and marketing teams.
• Take a proactive role in improving processes and methodology.

Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the tourism or real estate sectors.
• Knowledge of PMS and OTA platforms  —experience highly valued.
• Good level of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility with working hours.
